Account Director, Global Agency


Our Client is seeking an experienced leader to facilitate selling Cốc Cốc advertising solutions with Global agencies.
Ideal candidates will have working experience with the Global agencies environment as well as demonstrated expertise selling digital marketing solutions and/or supporting. You also show your ability in managing a multi-people sales team and working remote team for the best working result.
You will work with all strong and enthusiastic people in the Sales and Distribution department to reach all assigned KPI and promote the Global agency team in a great way. Our department always has a clear orientation and policy of rewarding your future significant contribution.
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for all business activities of the Global agencies team in Company. You need to apply your skills to establish/maintain and develop positive business and your team.
Play the lead role in scaling a marketing/advertising partnership for Cốc Cốc in the agency markets. 
Monitor the development of agencies on competitive marketplace including local and international market in order to create outstanding advertising plans/proposals and close sales
Develop strong client relationships through in-person meetings, sales presentations in the market
Provide leadership and direction to Sales team, recognize opportunities for new approaches in order to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Accurately forecast revenue and report – weekly, monthly and annually
Contribute to any efforts, thoughts or actions used to boost overall development for Cốc Cốc
Develop and implement best practices for partner and client interaction, support sales and services for Cốc Cốc
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager. 


Required qualifications:
At least 6 years experience as a Sales Director/Manager of companies/organizations selling online Advertising.
At least 5 years of experience in selling digital advertising to agencies.
Ability to work acumen with market trends. 
Excellent in english skill

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence business and technical audiences;
Strong decision-Making skills, Analytical Thinking skills and Risk Management skills;
Strong Planning, Organizing, forecasting;
Strong adapts organizational strategies;
In depth knowledge of markets and changing business environments;
Understanding of a multi-faceted business operation;
Well understanding of organizational structure and culture;
Have good relationship with Global Agencies
