JOB DESCRIPTION

Mission
Build programs to develop students’ digital skills
Develop new products that response to requirements of students and market
Cooperate to deploy and operate Digital program (DIGI)
Responsibilities
Manage and develop program
Design and develop DIGI program: Research international education program from and rival’s programs, analyze student needs, evalute on-going programs and students’ outcome quality,…
Build up learning path for for students from children to adults with clear outcome at each level/age
Search or develop learning materials: based on international standard and/or program/output requirements of Vietnam, compare with the requirements of international and domestic educational institutions
Set up and compile documents to support teaching and learning: including lesson plans, course outlines, exam questions, academic comments, etc.
Manage material resources, follow up the deployed materials
Manage human resources of your department: coordinate and assign work, develop team, etc.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the program by observing classes, analyzing test scores, etc.
Research and propose corresponding extracurricular activities such as organizing national and international competitions to increase student motivation.
Depoy and evaluate
Introduce and consult on updates for Admissions, Marketing about the program in charge
Train teachers on teaching methods and subject content
Participate in discussions, observing classes, evaluate and supervise the program to improve the professional quality of the program under his/her charge.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Skills and qualification
Management, Planning and Organization skills
Critical and indepent thinking , analyzing skills
Require background and attitude
Education: Master in Technology, Engineering, Science, Education,
Experience: at least 3 years in program management
Attitude: Good communication and Teamwork
Language: Good communication un English
Computer skills: Skilled at MS.Office 

WHAT'S ON OFFER

Annual leave: 12 days, plus 1 day with 3 years seniority
Social insurance, PIT: our Client will cover - 100% NET salary
Lunch allowance: ~700k VND/month
Accommodation allowance: 5% net salary/month (pay in the end of each year)
Phone allowance: phone card 500K/month
