JOB DESCRIPTION
Establishing and consistently raising high-performance standards to drive continuous improvement, while fostering a positive team outlook and leading by example.
Ensuring the team's productivity and delivery of high-quality software within reasonable time frames, while also overseeing the integration of a GRC product into the platform and executing a roadmap in collaboration with the product manager.
Proactively promoting the professional development of team members, emphasizing technical and interpersonal skills, and addressing issues effectively to encourage growth and excellence.
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, offer technical expertise, and contribute to solution design and development.
Collaborating with the team to streamline lean, agile processes for efficient and high-quality feature delivery, while also developing and supporting software applications, database integration, interfaces, and enhancements.
Taking part in recruiting new team members and collaborating with others to enhance the recruitment process for engineering staff.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Extensive experience in leading and managing a Software Development team within a high growth digital/product led SaaS company.
Committed to contributing to the success of a growing company through personal and team development, while staying adaptable and eager to learn.
A keen interest in leveraging technology effectively and pragmatically to address customer needs in a scalable and maintainable manner.
Proven track record in building and maintaining web-based software solutions and expertise in working with cloud-based platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP as an engineer.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects with intricate business logic, with a proactive approach to addressing technical debt before it impacts customers.
Proficient in designing and implementing various types of APIs such as REST, gRPC, and GraphQL.
Familiarity and practical experience in utilizing diverse software testing methodologies, encompassing unit/integration testing, manual/exploratory testing, and automated testing.
