#Engineering Contributions Actively contribute to 1-2 mission-critical projects through coding, code reviews, and architectural design. Apply deep expertise in Golang, Ruby on Rails (RoR), and JavaScript to build and maintain scalable backend systems. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Ensure alignment with engineering standards and best practices consistent with Andpad's senior developer expectations. #Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 4-5 engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence. Oversee team performance, delivery timelines, and code quality across projects. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Facilitate technical discussions, remove roadblocks, and make key architectural decisions. Champion continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and team culture. Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and product management/stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
