JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and oversee five chapters: Data Risk Management, Business Analysis, Product Chapter, PMO, and Product Monitoring, establishing clear performance standards and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Handle triage, impact assessment, communication, and resolution of data quality incidents with appropriate governance and stakeholder notification
Ensure ongoing compliance of Financial Crime products with regulatory obligations, design standards, and operational parameters
Offer product support by collaborating with Australian and India-based product teams to strategize, test, and deliver high-quality incremental change
Ensure the BA chapter provides structured requirements, well-formed user stories, and adequate test coverage for all change activities
Monitor and report on Financial Crime product performance and AI model health, translating data into clear insights and risk signals
Act as the representative for the Vietnam team in governance forums and performance reviews with Australian leadership, providing transparent reporting on team output and service levels
Collaborate with Australian product, risk, and operations leads to align Vietnam team priorities with broader transformation objectives

JOB REQUIREMENT

More than 8 years of experience in financial services, transformation, technology operations, or risk management
Managed data quality, data governance, or data controls functions
Led cross-functional teams in delivery or operational environments
Experience in product management, business analysis, or change delivery in regulated industries
Strong understanding of financial crime domains (AML/CTF, Sanctions) is preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML model monitoring or analytics functions is advantageous
Offshore leadership or global/distributed delivery experience is preferred
Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or related discipline
Leadership - Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams across geographically dispersed, multi-functional teams and maintains high-quality service delivery across complex operational environments.
Data Governance & Incident Management - Deep understanding of data controls, data quality frameworks, data lineage, and end-to-end incident triage, impact assessment, and resolution.
Product & Compliance Mindset - Ensures financial crime product operations align with regulatory obligations and product design intent; proactive in identifying and escalating compliance risks.
Stakeholder Engagement - Effective communicator able to engage with product owners, risk partners, and senior leadership with clarity and credibility.
Commercial Awareness - Understands program finances, resource management, and value-for-money principles across a multi-chapter operating model.
