Product Director

The Product Director role focuses on steering the entire product lifecycle of our super app as a visionary leader. This involves overseeing product strategy, leading a team of Product Managers and Designers, and ensuring high-quality user experiences to drive growth and engagement.

Develop and own the overall product vision and roadmap for our super app, including ride-hailing and additional services.

Conduct thorough market research and user analysis to identify new opportunities and unmet customer needs.

Lead the development of a data-driven product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.

Create engaging product narratives and collaborate with cross-functional teams for adoption, business development, and operational excellence.

Establish and manage a proficient product team, fostering an innovative, collaborative, and accountable culture.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to ensure effective product development and execution.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure teams are held accountable for achieving product goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing our offerings.

At least 15 years of experience in product management, with a preference for experience in the technology or on-demand services field.

Demonstrated success in leading the development and launch of consumer-facing products.

Proficiency in user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) principles.

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Ability to make data-driven decisions and work with product analytics.

Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market or similar emerging markets is beneficial.

Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid changes in the business environment.

Strong sense of responsibility and diligence.

Fluency in English.

Ownership mentality and a collaborative approach to working with teams.

Previous experience with super apps or multi-service platforms.

Passion for on-demand services industry and knowledge of future mobility trends.

Past involvement in building and growing high-performing product teams.
