Senior Fullstack Engineer

Develop innovative products using cloud and microservices technologies throughout the entire lifecycle. You will be involved in the proposal, development, and ownership of cutting-edge solutions.

Understanding and mapping the enterprise data landscape, as well as developing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and testable components for the architecture.

Deploying modern architectural patterns and techniques, including microservices, DDD, and TDD, using frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

Developing frontend microservices, enhancing DM Storybook with the latest version of Angular, and creating RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions utilizing container technologies.

Leveraging AI coding assistants as part of daily development workflows to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Implementing shift-left testing approach by embedding automated tests early in the development lifecycle to ensure continuous quality from the beginning.

Holding oneself accountable to high engineering standards and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure engineering principles are met.

Writing well-documented, maintainable, and clean code, and demonstrating strong English communication skills.

Utilizing rapid prototyping techniques and staying updated on new technology trends.

3-5 years experience as a Full-stack Engineer or 5+ years as a Senior Full-stack Engineer with expertise in architecting, developing, and deploying modern cloud native solutions using microservices architecture.

Senior level expertise in designing solutions for managing complex business rules within the Azure/AWS ecosystem and cloud infrastructure.

Proficiency in working with microservices architecture and event-driven architecture.

Previous experience in Insurance consulting/architecture within a software and/or services company.

Proficient in problem-solving, summarizing complex issues and working autonomously on projects.

Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and the ability to manage projects independently.

Collaborative approach in aligning business and technology stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that yield tangible business benefits.

Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, along with innovative and entrepreneurial thinking.

Ability to function effectively within a team collaborative dynamic while also being autonomous.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high volume environment and showing strong decision-making abilities.
