Senior Security Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose/Role
Security Analyst should be a service-oriented person with strategic mindset for organizational security improvement. He or She will work with Endpoint Security Platform Architect, Platform Owner & Service Managers to implement and manage EDR solution for the organization. The candidate should be passionate about technology and have considerable interest on endpoint security technologies
The responsibilities of this job profile include Support, Monitor and Maintain the Endpoint Detection and Response Suite within the organization.
Key responsibilities/What you do
Working knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix tools, architecture, and security configurations/monitoring techniques
Good Experience in handling agent-based software’s in end-points (preferably security based)
Technical experience working with advanced threat detection solutions
Experience in managing Docker/Containers (desirable)
Have scripting knowledge in Python/PowerShell, other automation tools, REST API etc
Good understanding of SQL, experience in creating dashboards
Experience in handling security incidents and response
Strong trouble shooting expertise
Build reports and scripts to automate tasks

JOB REQUIREMENT

Graduate Degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field, plus recent computer application programming experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Have worked for at least 2-3 years in IT Infrastructure domain preferably related to network or endpoint domains
Knowledge on Network and Infrastructure architecture
Certified in CCNA/ CEH (Desirable)
Prior experience in creating reports and data analysis
Understanding of IT Security practices/programs
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Technical understanding of EDR platform
ITILv3 or above certification [plus]
Good communication skills, interpersonal, oral, and written in English

Quản lý và kiểm soát chất lượng dịch vụ: Đảm bảo chất lượng các dịch vụ an toàn thông tin (ATTT) cung cấp cho nhóm khách hàng của công ty, bao gồm: Giám sát ATTT 24/7, Xử lý sự cố, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, ... Nhận diện và xử lý vấn đề ATTT: Phát hiện và quản lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến ATTT trong quá trình giám sát vận hành và xử lý sự cố. Phối hợp liên phòng ban: Đại diện Trung tâm Giám sát (TTGS) làm việc với các bộ phận nội bộ VCS như Triển khai, Phát triển giải pháp, Quản lý dự án (PM), Kinh doanh, Pre-sale, Account Manager (AM), Chăm sóc khách hàng (CSKH), ... và khách hàng để phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề trong phạm vi dịch vụ cung cấp. Đảm bảo cam kết dịch vụ (SLA): Theo dõi và đảm bảo các chỉ số SLA được thực hiện đúng theo hợp đồng đã ký kết với khách hàng.
