Planning, designing, and building technology infrastructure architecture including application software, network & server infrastructure, and database, ...
Develop, improve, and supervise the implementation of regulatory documents, processes, and standards in order to build a mechanism to manage architectural changes in the entire technology system (recorded, analyzed, and analyzed) deployed in accordance with the general planning on technology and business strategy)
Measure, analyze, and evaluate the availability, continuity, performance, and technical risks of IT systems
Coordinate search and update of new technologies
Orientation and design solutions to improve, improve capacity, and improve the availability of IT systems
Develop and manage the implementation of policies on IT architecture
Participate in pre-feasibility assessment and preparation for IT projects

JOB REQUIREMENT

Technical Skills
At least 5 years of experience in the IT field
Experience in architecting complex integration projects across technologies like API Gateway, API development, Microservices, Java Spring, ESB, RDS and Messaging technologies;
Proficiency with Java/J2EE architecture and development, and server-side and web services technologies (e.g. Spring Boot - REST API Development, Spring MVC, REST, SOAP).
Have working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. 
Experience in Amazon AWS Cloud platform - this includes defining VPCs, ECS clusters, Auto-Scaling Policies/Groups, Cloud watch, and Security Group
Experience in cross-browser and cross-device responsive website development 
Knowing about Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Information/Data Architecture or Technology Architecture is an advantage
 Soft Skills 
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; Agile/Scrum experience is a strong plus.
Fluent in English
Work and collaborate effectively with IT teams and business teams in a highly agile environment where innovation is valued.
Must be a self-starter, analytical, team player, and problem-solver.
Mentor junior members within the team.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our global Business Analysis unit with Business Analysts from various locations to serve clients in the Americas, and develop innovative products that have a significant impact on clients' business. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the tech team in Vietnam. You will be involved in different workstreams such as assessing business value, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define experiences, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and delivering impactful experiences to end users. Undertake the role of the Product Owner, making prioritization decisions and managing backlog independently and proactively. Contribute to creating and managing the roadmap. Act as a liaison between stakeholders in the US and the tech team in Vietnam, ensuring alignment and addressing impediments. Draft detailed feature requirements and user stories and effectively communicate them to creative and technology teams. Proactively identify and document edge cases, error states, and non-happy path scenarios to ensure comprehensive feature design before development commences. Identify and communicate key dependencies, risks, and blockers. Assist in the end-to-end delivery of features, from definition to launch. Assist in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving defects. Maintain communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, coordinate change, and manage expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for technical and business queries and translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into clear, actionable specifications with no room for interpretation. Anticipate the impact of new features on existing systems to prevent regression or logic conflicts.
