Technical Lead - Frontend

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technical Lead is responsible to writes complex software programs from design specifications; Plans, executes and documents unit tests; Reports status and issues; Documents detailed designs; Accountable for unit test leakage; Contributes to and may decide upon system architecture and design decisions
Play Technical Leader role in the projects
To contribute to the system architecture design
Contribute to the design specifications that are in compliance with established coding quality standard of the company.
To consult or support and the project teams and clients on technical perspectives
To support for presales activities (R&D, estimate, pilot, etc), technical interviews
To perform trainings/seminars for the company
To develop the new skills for project teams if any new technologies required based on the project roadmap

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experienced in HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and pre-processing languages such as LESS/SASS/SCSS
Experienced in layout techniques and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material
Experienced in modern JS frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue,…
Experienced in working with Vanilla JS, customer's libraries and frameworks
Experienced in CLI, setup project environment, running automated test using libraries such as Jest, Mocha, Chai
Experienced in web service development (SOAP, REST), security and performance for web application
Be able to perform the backends’ work (Java, NET, NodeJS, Python, Ruby, PHP, e.g...)

We are looking for a product-minded Technical Lead who possesses a strong engineering foundation and the leadership capability to drive our backend and AI initiatives. You will not only architect scalable Python systems but also align technical decisions with business goals. In this role, you are expected to own the product lifecycle end-to-end-from design to operation-while building a high-trust, high-performance engineering culture. Delivery & Execution Execution: Ensure on-time releases with the required quality standards. Manage scope creep and handle cross-team/external dependencies effectively. Risk Management: Provide honest reporting to management. Do not hide risks; instead, communicate them early with mitigation plans. Operational Excellence: Maintain system stability and reliability in production. Leadership & Mentorship Team Building: Build a strong engineering culture and standardize coding practices. protect the team from distractions while ensuring members trust and follow your technical direction. Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to mentor the team on mindset and standards (SOLID, DRY). Delegate tasks effectively-assigning the right people to the right jobs. Communication: Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Explain technical decisions to the CEO and Product teams using business language (Cost, Risk, Impact). Align expectations on scope and delivery explicitly from the start.
