JOB DESCRIPTION

Design and implement a high-impact sales strategy to surpass revenue goals across key enterprise accounts in the APAC region.
Cultivate influential relationships with decision-makers, advocates, and internal stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities and accelerate growth.
Proactively source and qualify leads through targeted outreach and thorough market intelligence.
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly articulate value and drive stakeholder alignment.
Own the full sales cycle-from initial engagement to negotiation and deal closure-with precision and professionalism.
Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, ABM, and broader go-to-market units to elevate customer experience.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (CFT) to shape and execute strategic initiatives tailored to regional market dynamics.
Contribute to the evolution of sales playbooks, bringing fresh insights and best practices to optimize team effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Previous experience in B2B sales, specifically in financial services or SaaS industry, is preferred
Possess a proactive approach to generating new business
Knowledge in M&A would be a significant advantage but not mandatory
Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets and meeting quota
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, along with the capacity to form strong relationships at various levels
Self-driven and skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
Proficiency in English is necessary
Proficiency in Vietnamese is preferred
Proficiency in at least one of the following: Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa, or Korean
