JOB DESCRIPTION

Revenue generation: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in various services. Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, create proposals, and close deals.
Customer relationship management: Understand customer expectations and manage them throughout the engagement. Maintain clear communication with customers, AWS, and internal stakeholders.
Team building and collaboration: Foster teamwork within the Customer Success team and across other teams. Provide feedback from customers to improve services and products. Support and mentor junior team members.
Feedback management and customer satisfaction: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work with the Product team to ensure feedback is incorporated into enhancements. Strive to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Solution development and partner engagement: Collaborate with partners to build customized solutions for customers. Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations. Maximize support and funding from partners by developing strong relationships and showcasing customer success stories.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requires a bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, IT, or a related field.
Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, particularly within a tech, cloud, or SaaS environment.
Experience with BFSI customer segment is advantageous.
Proficient in AWS services and navigating the AWS Partner Portal.
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
Collaborative working style with the capacity to work with teams and partners to accomplish business objectives.
Self-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
