Account Manager


We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Account Manager - (Consulting Sales) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in account management and consulting sales, a keen understanding of AWS/ Data services/ Data Products, and a collaborative spirit.
Account Management:
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and challenges, providing Consulting sales-tailored services and solutions.
Develop and present compelling solution proposals that address client needs and align with the company's offerings.
Develop and nurture robust relationships with existing and qualified prospective customers, as well as vendor account teams.
Sales & Account Development:
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with sales goals and profitability targets. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and project initiation.
Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within AWS Services, Data Services, and XData, contributing to the company's expansion.
Develop and pursue strategic initiatives that leverage Company's comprehensive service portfolio to drive revenue growth within your designated accounts
Knowledge Achievement:
Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the Company's services, products, and project implementation methodology, including the strengths and weaknesses of our offerings. Become proficient in AWS services, policies, and campaigns.
Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and industry developments to effectively position the company's solutions.
Project Coordinator:
With the support team, draft contracts and review Statements of Work (SoW) to ensure clarity and alignment on project deliverables.
Oversee the implementation plan, collaborating with the technical team to navigate and resolve any customer-induced obstacles, aiming for timely project completion.
Oversee the collection of payments from your accounts, with support from the sales support team.
Internal Collaboration:
Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams, providing insights that could enhance the quality of Company's services and products.
Coordinate with the Marketing & Partner teams to organize events, campaigns, and programs, facilitating effective market engagement.


Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Up to 3-5 years of proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally within a tech, cloud, or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of AWS services and the capability to navigate the AWS Partner Portal.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with partners to achieve business goals.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and commitment to achieving sales targets.
