JOB DESCRIPTION

Working with Legal, HR, Compliance, and Accounting departments to handle vendor/supplier agreements, invoices, contracts, and official documents
Providing support in accounting, including checking payable accounts, processing payment requests, and assisting with everyday accounting matters
Coordinating recruitment activities and logistics for campus recruitment in HCMC
Supporting employee benefit/welfare initiatives, training and company events
Collaborating with Vietnam operations and support team to improve processes
Managing office supplies and equipment maintenance
Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding tasks
Handling visa and work permit procedures
Providing general office administration support
Undertaking additional tasks assigned by the GM.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Completion of a Bachelor degree from an accredited university/college
Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in a diverse organizational setting
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and accuracy, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills with a customer-service approach; Proficiency in English is necessary
Ability to multitask, work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Proactive learning attitude and self-motivation to take on additional responsibilities over time as well as being an energetic self-starter
