Agile Coach
JOB DESCRIPTION
Partners with stakeholders to create and continuously refine the Agile transformation roadmap while driving initiatives across all levels of the organization.
Defines and tracks metrics to measure the success and maturity of Agile practices, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with transformation goals.
Develops, implements, and upholds Agile standards, frameworks, and best practices in alignment with the Agile Lead's strategic vision.
Guides the organization in scaling Agile methodologies and optimizing practices to support larger programs, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
Designs and delivers comprehensive training programs to improve Agile knowledge and skills across all organizational levels.
Offers tailored coaching to team members, managers, executives, and other employees to foster Agile principles, enhance team performance, and address challenges.
Leads, organizes, and participates in communities of practice to nurture Lean and Agile thinking and promote shared learning across the organization.
Works closely with delivery teams, their coaches, stakeholders, and leadership to build the skills and mindset necessary for a successful Agile transformation.
Adapts to fill critical roles such as Scrum Master or Team Coach as needed to support organizational priorities and team success.
Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
5+ years of experience in Agile roles, with at least 3 years as an Agile Coach.
A track record of leadership in Agile transformation in large organizations.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and other Agile practices.
Ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals at all levels.
Expertise in enabling team flow and fostering self-organising teams.
Exceptional communication and observational skills, providing clear, actionable feedback.
Experienced in training individuals and teams on Agile practices and delivery.
Thrive on empowering teams and driving meaningful change.
Bring an agile mindset beyond just framework knowledge.
Coach teams in a human-centric, adaptive manner.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
Attracted salary based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
Salary review based on performance every 6 months (from the signing official service contract date, excluding 2 months of probationary period) if your basic salary is less than 30, 000, 000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30, 000, 000 VND, it will be reviewed every year.
13th-month salary and bonus for holidays.
