JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborates with various stakeholders in developing and refining the Agile transformation roadmap and driving initiatives across the organization.
Establishes and monitors metrics to gauge the success and maturity of Agile practices, ensuring continual improvement and alignment with transformation goals.
Implements and upholds Agile standards, frameworks, and best practices in line with the strategic vision.
Guides the organization in scaling Agile methodologies and optimizing practices to support larger programs, promoting effective collaboration and delivery.
Designs and delivers tailored training programs to enhance Agile knowledge and skills across all levels of the organization.
Provides personalized coaching to team members, managers, executives, and employees to promote Agile principles, improve team performance, and address challenges.
Leads and participates in communities of practice to foster Lean and Agile thinking and facilitate shared learning.
Collaborates closely with delivery teams, coaches, stakeholders, and leadership to develop the skills and mindset necessary for a successful Agile transformation.
Adapts to fill vital roles such as Scrum Master or Team Coach as required to support organizational priorities and team success.
Undertakes other responsibilities as necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (a master's degree is advantageous).
Over 5 years of experience in Agile roles, including a minimum of 3 years working as an Agile Coach.
Demonstrated leadership in Agile transformation within large organizations.
Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile practices.
Capable of coaching and guiding teams and individuals at all levels.
Proven expertise in facilitating team flow and nurturing self-organizing teams.
Strong communication and observational abilities to provide clear and actionable feedback.
Skilled in delivering training on Agile practices and implementation to individuals and teams.
Thrives on fostering team empowerment and driving significant change.
Possesses an agile mindset that goes beyond mere framework knowledge.
Employs a human-centric and adaptive approach to coaching teams.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

Competitive salary based on candidate's qualifications and company's general salary structure.
Performance-based salary reviews every 6 months (starting from the official service contract date, excluding 2 months of probationary period) for basic salaries below 30,000,000 VND. For those with basic salaries above 30,000,000 VND, reviews will be conducted annually.
Additional benefits include a 13th-month salary and holiday bonuses.

Support and promote agile practices in alignment with the organization's agile framework by:#1. Standardizing processes across teams and optimizing the use of program assets, tools, and resources. Implementing agile operating model principles, terminology, practices, and governance throughout the organization. Promoting the growth of agile practices among developers through experimentation and sharing best practices. Sharing best practices uncovered by teams to provide solutions for their own experiments. Optimizing asset utilization, including tools, employees, and managers, to effectively support agile implementation. Sharing lessons learned and best practices from multiple teams to promote high performance. Influencing and encouraging adherence to agile processes through employee and manager expertise. #2. Providing guidance and governance to advance the agile transformation and continually measuring performance and making corrections.
