JOB DESCRIPTION

Support and promote agile practices in alignment with the organization's agile framework by:
1. Standardizing processes across teams and optimizing the use of program assets, tools, and resources.
Implementing agile operating model principles, terminology, practices, and governance throughout the organization.
Promoting the growth of agile practices among developers through experimentation and sharing best practices.
Sharing best practices uncovered by teams to provide solutions for their own experiments.
Optimizing asset utilization, including tools, employees, and managers, to effectively support agile implementation.
Sharing lessons learned and best practices from multiple teams to promote high performance.
Influencing and encouraging adherence to agile processes through employee and manager expertise.
 
2. Providing guidance and governance to advance the agile transformation and continually measuring performance and making corrections.
Rolling out the agile framework and practices, tracking metrics, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Monitoring progress and making corrective actions when necessary.
Overseeing the progress of agile Scrum teams and removing obstacles to ensure quick value delivery.
Facilitating workshops and sessions to plan and execute agile transformation initiatives at different levels.
Driving adoption through change management practices and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Addressing challenges to agile adoption and resolving issues at various levels in collaboration with stakeholders.
 
3. Managing questions, training, and complications related to the agile practices and serving as subject matter experts (SMEs).
Educating and training Scrum team members and managers on the benefits of agile practices.
Building internal capability and developing an agile community for scalability and sustainability.
Actively participating in the agile community to share best practices and provide ongoing feedback on the agile operating model.
 
4. Providing leadership and guidance to the Agile Center of Excellence team and staying updated with industry trends and best practices in change management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Project Management, Technology, or related area.
Possess 4-6 years of experience in steering Agile transformation efforts, encompassing both IT and non-IT projects.
Strong enthusiasm and comprehension of the factors driving digital disruption from both customer and organizational viewpoints.
Proven track record in executing Agile transformations from conception to realization.
Knowledge of best practices in technical engineering (e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration, DevOps).
Proficient in coaching and educating individuals and teams on Agile concepts and methodologies.
Active participation in the Agile community, which may include activities such as publishing papers, speaking at conferences, and contributing to interest groups.
Demonstrated ability to coach and guide team members and leaders.
Demonstrated strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
Robust capacity to influence and propel change at all levels within an organization.
