JOB DESCRIPTION

Utilize AI-first principles to drive adoption and streamline work processes through automation, accelerating value delivery.
Challenge requirements to identify essential needs and ensure accurate solution development.
Collaborate with a new product development team focused on AI-first approaches, contributing to the creation and expansion of cutting-edge financial products for enterprises.
Assume complete responsibility for product development, crafting systems that meet customer needs and leveraging data for informed decision-making.
Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking by overseeing all stages of product development, continuously enhancing the product through testing and learning.
Embrace the entire product lifecycle, involving prioritization, understanding, design, development, testing, implementation, and ownership.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 10 years of backend engineering experience, utilizing languages like Python or Java
Strong, hands-on proficiency with AWS, including the design and deployment of scalable systems, working with core services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), and constructing cloud-native architectures
Experience with agentic coding (e.g., constructing or collaborating with AI-driven/automated coding systems)
System Architecture Design: Significant experience in designing and implementing system architectures, encompassing the definition of technical solutions and making high-level design decisions
AI Tools: Proficiency in Claude Code, or other autonomous capable coding agent. Comfortable integrating AI tools into the development workflow
Product-focused: Passionate about product thinking and vested in owning the product and driving its success. Focused on solving customer problems and delivering impactful experiences
Customer-centric: Proficient in direct communication with customers or subject matter experts to deeply comprehend their needs and deliver resonant products
Innovative problem-solver: Approaches complex challenges with creativity and an analytical mindset, consistently weighing technical decisions with business outcomes
Adaptability & drive: Flourishes in a constantly evolving environment, where versatility is key, able to pivot quickly, and maintain speed without losing sight of the bigger picture
