JOB DESCRIPTION

Utilize AI-first principles to drive adoption and streamline work processes through automation, accelerating value delivery.
Challenge requirements to identify essential needs and ensure accurate solution development.
Collaborate with a new product development team focused on AI-first approaches, contributing to the creation and expansion of cutting-edge financial products for enterprises.
Assume complete responsibility for product development, crafting systems that meet customer needs and leveraging data for informed decision-making.
Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking by overseeing all stages of product development, continuously enhancing the product through testing and learning.
Embrace the entire product lifecycle, involving prioritization, understanding, design, development, testing, implementation, and ownership.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Require at least 7 years of backend engineering experience in one or more programming languages (Python, Java).
Must have at least 1 year of experience in leading teams or projects, including mentoring, code reviews, and owning delivery.
Strong experience in designing and implementing system architectures, including defining technical solutions and making high-level design decisions.
Proficient with AI tools and comfortable integrating them into the development workflow.
Must be product-oriented and customer-focused, working to solve customer problems and deliver impactful experiences.
Must be a creative problem-solver, able to tackle complex challenges with creativity and an analytical mindset while balancing technical decisions with business outcomes.
Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills and the willingness to lead initiatives when necessary.
Fluent in English and capable of effectively communicating technical concepts to both teammates and stakeholders.
Should have a strong belief in the power of automated testing frameworks for building robust and reliable systems.
Love for learning and willing to constantly acquire new knowledge and technologies to improve product development.
Early adoption is valued, including familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering.
Understanding of System Thinking and experience with Behaviour Driven Development is a plus.
Should be an avid reader.
