AI Engineer

Utilize machine learning models to assist with insurance recommendation, pricing, risk assessment, and claims automation

Integrate AI-powered features into the embedded insurance platform, including data pipelines and inference APIs

Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and LLM-based assistants for internal and customer-facing use cases

Work with product and engineering teams to implement practical AI solutions based on business requirements

Participate in the full ML/AI lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring

Contribute to the internal AI agent framework and ensure compliance with performance and reliability standards in a regulated environment

Assist in the development of CI/CD workflows for AI/ML/Data pipelines

Contribute to Agent Development Toolkits (ADK) and the automated Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to expedite AI-native feature delivery

Research and experiment with advanced AI/ML techniques and evaluate their relevance to insurance use cases

Prototype new AI capabilities and refine based on feedback before implementing into production

Document experiments and engineering decisions for team knowledge sharing

Stay updated with the AI ecosystem and share relevant insights with the team

Support Full Stack Engineers in using the AI Development Toolkit (ADK) and maintain a basic understanding of the SDLC to ensure consistent engineering standards

Contribute to the system knowledge base, ensuring documentation, patterns, and learnings are accessible to the agents

Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is necessary.

Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML or software engineering will be considered, with a strong internship or project portfolio.

Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required, and being multilingual is a plus in the multicultural team.

An authentic curiosity about AI applications in insurance, fintech, or regulated industry contexts is desired.

Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP, and model evaluation.

Practical experience with Python and at least one ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn).

Exposure to LLMs and Generative AI, such as prompt engineering, RAG concepts, or agentic workflows (achieved through coursework, projects, or internships).

Quick learner who excels in a startup environment and embraces rapidly evolving tooling and best practices.

Understanding of AI ethics, model fairness, and responsible AI principles.

Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks for building AI agents.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment, data storage, and AI services.

Proficiency in ML/AI Ops and monitoring.

Ability to build and expose ML models through REST APIs; Docker and production deployment experience.

Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, or building RAG or agentic workflows in a production setting.
