JOB DESCRIPTION

Integrate artificial intelligence (AI) solutions into existing cybersecurity frameworks and tools.
Utilize AI to automate penetration testing and identify exploitable flaws in application codebases
Work with DevSecOps teams to incorporate AI-powered threat detection into CI/CD pipelines
Create and implement AI/ML models for detecting, preventing, and responding to cyber threats (such as intrusion detection, anomaly detection, and malware analysis).
Analyze large datasets (e.g., network traffic, logs) to detect patterns and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with security teams to develop proactive defenses using AI-driven insights.
Stay informed about emerging cyber threats and AI advancements to improve security strategies.
Ensure AI models are secure, ethical, and resistant to adversarial attacks.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML development and/or cybersecurity roles.
Must demonstrate the ability to apply AI techniques to security problems.
A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, AI, or related field is required.
Additional certifications such as OSCP or GPEN, GWAPT, and AI-related certifications are advantageous.
Experience within specific industries with strict security requirements, like banking or finance, is a plus.
AI/ML Expertise:
Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java.
Experienced with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
Capable of designing, training, and optimizing AI models for real-time applications.
Proactive in identifying vulnerabilities and risks in AI models.
Understanding of adversarial AI and how to defend against attacks such as evasion attacks and data poisoning.
Cybersecurity Knowledge:
Ability to anticipate and counter threats by thinking like an attacker.
Basic knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals such as encryption, firewalls, IDS/IPS, penetration testing, and common attack vectors and mitigation techniques.
Experience in working with security tools like Burpsuite/ZAP, Metasploit, or similar.
Knowledge of secure software development practices and threat modeling.
Familiarity with securing AI workloads in the cloud on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Capable of analyzing and preprocessing security-related datasets like logs and packet captures.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Perform security assessments according to industry standards (e.g. OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Security Top 10, OWASP Mobile Security Testing Guide) and relevant security practices.
