AI Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team to build a cutting-edge UI design software that fundamentally changes how teams collaborate on UI design. A key part of this software involves guiding users through the design process from the very beginning to having beautiful software mockups. You will work with our team to research, prototype and engineer AI/ML capabilities that enhance the user experience. Below are some key responsibilities we expect of you:
Define a tech stack most aligned with our existing architecture & toolings.
Work with our product team to build specs for different AI/ML features.
Lead the design and implementation of those AI/ML features.
Code the most complex parts of the solutions (be prepared to get your hands dirty).

JOB REQUIREMENT

3+ years of experience leading AI/ML projects that were deployed in production.
Proficient in Python, JavaScript and relevant deep learning frameworks.
Strong computer science and software architecture foundation.
Highly result-oriented: use techs to solve problems.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
