JOB DESCRIPTION

Designing AI Solutions: Development of AI Agents and RAG pipelines to automate intricate workflows in construction project management.
Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Create, assess, and refine prompt-chaining strategies using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI capabilities into existing microservices, ensuring scalability and low latency.
Cost & Performance Monitoring: Implementation of LLMOps to monitor token usage, model performance, and data security/privacy aspects (especially concerning sensitive data).
Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI research and technologies, and propose enhancements to existing systems and workflows.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or relevant field (or equivalent experience); a Master's degree is a bonus
5+ years of experience in Python (or Golang as an alternative), with at least 2+ years as an AI Engineer
Proficiency in integrating AI/ML models into production systems
Familiarity with Agent-based architectures, frameworks, and technologies
Practical experience in LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, or RAG architecture
Proficient in Vietnamese and English communication skills
Thorough understanding of backend development and cloud infrastructure
Basic knowledge of frontend development
Understanding of AI system deployment from a security/compliance standpoint
Experience in implementing traditional machine learning techniques and ML pipelines to enhance businesses

Support training infrastructure: self-service VM provisioning, RunPod burst capacity, Weights and Biases integration. Drive infrastructure reliability, cost efficiency, and capacity planning as the platform scales.

Build and maintain high-fidelity digital twin environments for Asimov across MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, and Unreal Engine, calibrated to real hardware behavior. Design and own the systems -- not just the environments -- that let locomotion, autonomy, and perception teams generate, validate, and iterate on simulation scenarios at scale. Build pipelines for asset import, USD and MJCF workflows, sensor modeling, and real-to-sim calibration to keep digital twins synchronized with evolving hardware.
