We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to develop impactful Gen AI solutions and lead technical success for our clients. Your focus will be on aligning our product offerings with customer needs, striking a balance between innovation and practical support. While occasional deployment support may be necessary, the main priority will be on Gen AI innovation and customer success. Role Description:
Ensuring Technical Success: Guarantee that product capabilities meet customer objectives and minimize project risks.
AI Innovation: Design Gen AI systems for various industrial applications, staying updated with Gen AI, machine learning, and data science trends.
Technical Collaboration: Define problem statements, develop effective solutions, and supervise project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and quality assurance.
Hands-On Support: Collaborate with technical teams to efficiently deliver solutions, assist with onboarding, initial implementation, account setup, knowledge organization, and agent creation.
Technical Training and Solutions: Provide customized technical solutions and training, support continuous Q&A improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
Experience in creating and implementing Gen AI solutions from start to finish, ensuring their performance, scalability, and reliability.
Familiarity with Gen AI, including GANs, VAEs, and other generative techniques.
Proficiency in working with LLMs like GPT, BERT, and the ability to fine-tune and optimize these models.
A strong grasp of machine learning principles, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning methods.
Proficiency in using tools like Langchain, LlamaIndex, RAG, fine-tuning, and prompting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of resolving complex technical issues.
Skilled in data analysis for making strategic decisions.
Preferred qualifications:
Background in start-ups or dynamic tech environments.
Proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud services.
Demonstrated success in improving customer success and relationships.
Knowledge of industrial AI applications and their challenges.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Education:
A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline, with a specialization in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is preferred. Individuals with a Bachelor's degree and significant relevant experience in Gen AI and machine learning environments are also encouraged to apply.
