JOB DESCRIPTION

Assess client data infrastructure, technical constraints, AI/ML feasibility, and tech-stack alignment. Conduct technical data audits, evaluate data quality and integration requirements, and explore emerging AI tools and frameworks to support strategic planning and use-case development.
Define the initial architecture, scope, and technical boundaries. Collaborate on PoCs to validate the proposed AI strategy and technical direction, while considering scalability, security, technical debt, cost, performance, and implementation prerequisites. Define technical trade-offs and roadmaps for the next implementation phase.
Translate complex AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and architectures into clear business value. Lead prototype demonstrations, communicate technical findings to clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure proper documentation and handover to downstream teams. Support emerging-tech evaluation and contribute to client satisfaction through effective technical advisory.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must-Haves
Translate complex AI/ML architectures and algorithms into clear business terms.
Hands-on experience developing PoCs with traditional ML and Generative AI, including LLMs and AI Agents.
Practical knowledge of ReAct, Tool Calling, Context Management, and preventing context drift.
Ability to assess enterprise data maturity, infrastructure, and integration constraints.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and iterating solutions based on client feedback.
Nice-to-Haves
Data Scientist or AI Engineer background moving into client-facing advisory.
Experience with RAG, AI Agents, or production MLOps.
Familiarity with Miro, architecture mapping, Tableau, or Power BI.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer/Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields; Master's/Ph.D. preferred.
3+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering, ideally with client-facing consulting experience.
Background in technology/management consulting, with experience mentoring junior members and providing technical direction.
