Our client is a global leader in bioanalytical testing and laboratory services, offering a wide range of testing and consulting services to various industries

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role involves overseeing incidents and service requests, recording and monitoring tickets, and ensuring they are resolved within the agreed SLA.
Candidates will be required to investigate issues, coordinate with IT Operations and Development teams, and keep users updated on ticket progress.
Other duties will include participating in outage bridges to assist in resolving service-impacting problems swiftly and maintaining reports on support activities.
The position will involve working with technologies such as Windows Server, MS SQL Server, IIS, and .NETbased applications, to contribute to continuous service improvements.
As a member of a global team, the role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across different locations using various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and shared documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A degree in BE, MCA, or an equivalent field and at least 2-4 years of experience in technical support or application troubleshooting are required.
Proficiency in Windows Server and MS SQL Server is essential, and experience with .NET-based web applications is beneficial.
Familiarity with IT Service Management tools, ITIL processes, and enterprise support environments is preferred.
Prior experience with European customers is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in an international setting are important for this role.
Shift availability is necessary.
Proficiency in the English language is required.

Senior Software Engineer (Backend + Network)

Continuously monitor and analyze new VPN providers, proxy services, and anonymization tools. Conduct investigations on IP allocation patterns, hosting provider behaviors, and network infrastructure changes. Develop and maintain comprehensive databases of known VPN/proxy IP ranges and behavioral signatures. Research emerging threats such as residential proxies, mobile proxies, and distributed proxy networks. Monitor darkweb marketplaces and security forums for emerging proxy/VPN trends. Perform deep packet analysis and network traffic pattern recognition. Develop and maintain the system using PHP, Python, and/or Go. Optimize VPN/Proxy detection algorithms.
