Front-end Lead/Architect (Angular) 

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will leading the front-end logic that defines the behavior of the visual elements of various customer and client-facing web applications
Oversee and mentor Junior UI and UX Developers through various design and development initiatives
Support the creation of our UI framework to help us create applications to interact with our data—code, widgets, and all—and help us identify and document its emergent rules.
Be able to program cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatible web pages.
Stay up to date on the latest and best coding strategies.
Be prepared to plan work, produce estimates, adhere to timescales, and deliver work accordingly.
Creating clear development documents including logs, code practices and code design
Make sure development release cycles are met 

JOB REQUIREMENT

Your Skills and Experience
Experience using Angular 2+ JavaScript developer preferably with data-entry heavy applications
Experience developing the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs 
Experience optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
Experience develops tests for existing code to catch bugs and ensure software is secure and stable
Familiar with Agile development methodologies
Ability to write high-performance, reusable, and testable code

Promote modern engineering practices including microservices and distributed architecture, event-driven systems (Kafka), cloud-native development, CI/CD, DevOps, and automation-first engineering. Advocate for security-by-design and compliance-by-design principles across delivery. Promote AI-assisted engineering practices across the SDLC (code generation, test automation, refactoring, documentation), while ensuring correctness, governance, and security.
