Art Director (RFOX Games)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is looking for an experienced Art Director to join our Games Venture. This is a virtual work from position with preference given to South East Asian based candidates due to working hours but is open to all great candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage team of artists and animators, both in-house and outsourced
Create and keep consistent unique art style of the project
Time and quality management
Source artist and art studios
Document design process
QA graphic assets for production

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience as an illustrator or graphic designer
Minimum 3 years of experience as creative lead or manager
Expert knowledge of Photoshop or other digital design software
Knowledge in 3D software a +
Ability to estimate tasks.
Ability to manage the risks.
English level B2 or higher.
Bachelor’s degree in Fine arts
