Assistant Manager, HR Tech

JOB DESCRIPTION

Engage in conversations with users to ensure understanding and agreement on requirements, as well as propose enhancements to design.
Provide training and support for end users.
Create user guides and documentation for development.
Develop project plans that cover migration risks, milestones, quality assurance, and obtaining business sign-off.
Ensure data harmonization and synchronization across systems.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of experience in managing HRIS on ECC or S/4 HANA and integration between SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA or ECC.
Hands-on experience with trouble shooting data replication issues between SuccessFactors to S/4 HANA or ECC.
Familiar with S/4 HANA LSMW, ABAP, PFCG and SuccessFactors Role Base Permission
Have at least administrative know-how on managing SuccessFactors modules in at least 3 of the following modules - Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and talent management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning etc.)
Hands-on design and configuration with at least 3 S4 HANA/ECC HCM implementation experience cycles.
Strong understanding of implementation strategy and integration approaches
Good project management and delivery skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze and propose solutions to business requirements & issues
Experience in data analytics and/or visualization (e.g. using SAP Analytics Cloud, Stories, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI etc.) will be added advantages.
University graduate
Fluent English
Communication skills and attitude is important

WHAT'S ON OFFER

We are implementing a hybrid work model where employees are expected to work 2 days in the office. However, during the probation period, employees will be required to work in the office for 4 days per week.
Employees will receive a 13th salary and be entitled to 14 days of annual leave (subject to potential addition pending group finalization).
During the probation period, employees will receive full salary and full social-health insurance.
