Collaborate with the Head of Technical Development Advisory and senior stakeholders to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities and transformation objectives. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all learning content and delivery. Develop and report on key performance metrics, learning analytics, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent learning experiences across multiple locations.
