JOB DESCRIPTION

A passionate and innovative Product Owner is needed to join a product development team. The role involves shaping and defining the user experience (UX) for products in a dynamic, empowering environment. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact.
 
Product Vision:
Develop and articulate a clear product vision, goals, and strategy with a strong focus on user experience.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features and improvements based on business value and user needs.
 
Exceptional User Experience Design:
Design elements (e.g., buttons, icons, typography) ensuring adherence to the established design system and alignment with branding.
Create intuitive, user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces meeting modern design standards.
Conduct user research to deeply understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
 
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Lead and inspire the team, ensuring alignment towards a common goal.
 
Product Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality assurance to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
 
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize analytics tools to measure product performance and make data-driven improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, design, or related field.
Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with practical involvement in UI/UX projects.
Must possess a strong comprehension of UI/UX design principles and proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
Proficiency in at least one design tool and prototyping tool is necessary.
Ability to utilize data for decision-making and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills are vital for the role.
The candidate should be adept at working independently as well as in a team.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is required.
Preferred:
Prior experience in creating and managing product backlogs and working on financial and commercial products is a plus.
Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
A deep understanding of company branding, design principles, and visual language is beneficial.
