JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee an overhaul of our current quality assurance practices
Collaborate closely with Development, Product Management, and senior business stakeholders, while prioritizing customer impact.

JOB REQUIREMENT

7+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in a QA management role.
Proven track record of recruiting, mentoring, and managing QA teams.
Proficient in writing automated tests using various programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java. Skilled in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks and using automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines.
Managed an automation team of 5+ engineers
Proficient in strategizing the use of generative AI in QA workflows and improving efficiency, automation, and product quality using QA metrics.
Strong technical and non-technical communication skills and upper-intermediate English proficiency.
A leader with a focus on people and processes.
Experience in managing QA for SaaS or enterprise software with complex integrations, preferably involving Microsoft 365.
Participation in projects involving AI agents or co-pilot-style tools to enhance QA workflows.
Familiarity with backup, storage, or data protection solutions.
Experience with cloud storage platforms (e.g., AWS S3, Wasabi, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
