Automation Quality Assurance

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose
As an Automation Quality Assurance on the team, you will participate with a team of dedicated engineers using Agile processes to deliver solid quality software via automation solution. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, identifying the candidates for automation and then implementing, executing the automation solution to verify and ensure the quality of application/solution in test 
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate quality aspects of a project throughout specific software development process methodology and project management software tools.
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Design, develop and execute manual test cases and build strategy to select candidates among the test suite to be automated.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using automation tools/framework
Perform thorough regression testing using automation solution and record bugs.
Reflect the accurate picture of deliverable quality level and with the improvement plan with engineering team to improve the quality.
Develop and apply automation testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs.
Directly report to PM/Scrum Master in the account. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3-year experience in Testing and 2-year experience in Automation Testing or equivalent.
Hand-on knowledge in automation testing using hybrid/robust automation framework/automation tool , CI/CD process.
Hand-on knowledge with scripting languages: DotNet, Java, Python.
Experience with performance and/or security testing tool is a plus.
Good knowledge in Integration and Information Interchange between multi systems/platforms and how to analyze, design, execute test cases to maximize Integration Test Coverage.
Good quality control with solid architectural understanding.
Experience in doing test on various platforms and technologies. 
Strong knowledge on software development/testing process, especially software analysis & design and implementation workflow in Agile-Scrum project.
Good background/domain knowledge on Investment/Financial/Insurance is a plus.
Good presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, communication skills and strong working group ability.
Education and Experience required: Bachelor degree is required; Masters' degree or higher is desired
