Develop and execute short-term and long-term development strategies in alignment with the overall business development strategy. Manage and adjust the organizational structure and conduct talent mapping and workforce planning. Collaborate with the management team to conduct performance reviews, assess capabilities, review development paths, and make promotion/personnel adjustment decisions.
