Automation Workflow Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Automation Workflow Engineer, you will become a part of our world-class professional services team to develop and support award winning Vincere products for our recruitment industry clients all over the world.
 
You will be working with new, as well as existing customers, to understand their recruitment business workflows, existing processes, and then design and build automation workflows to meet their needs. This will include using best practices that result in value-added workflows which minimize routine manual tasks and drive customer ROI by ensuring that automations have a real world business impact.
 
A successful candidate will have an established background in developing complex automation workflow solutions, a strong technical ability, project management skills, solid communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and have a creative flair for achieving the impossible.
 
You will be based in our Ho Chi Minh City office, working as part of a motivated, international team in one of the most dynamic cities in Asia.
 
Responsibilities
Design and build automation workflows and related processes to ensure speedy and accurate delivery.
Provide configuration and customization including, but not limited to: user interface, workflow administration, reports, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations by applying best practices.
Engage with new and existing customers globally as part of the automation requirements gathering process. Build scope of work based on the requirements. Generate business process visualizations and automation workflow proposals.
Manage Automation support issues, driving issues to a speedy and mutually satisfactory resolution.
Collaborate internally with Professional Services managers, data engineers, and product owners to ensure we deliver comprehensive automation solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience using workflow automation tools, such as Zapier, to automate business processes.
Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python, Perl, Ruby, NodeJS, or Java.
Experience consuming REST APIs.
Familiar with system design and data management concepts.
Experienced with Agile workflow and concepts
Familiar with Markup Languages such as HTML, JSON and XML
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiar with creating business process models, functional specifications, and user acceptance test plans.
Native-level English, both written and verbal.
Available to work from our Ho Chi Minh City office.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems and create well documented solutions.
Proactive, adaptable, detail oriented and very well-organized.
Strong focus on automating repeatable tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking capabilities.
Proficiency building visual business process diagrams and defining use cases and user stories.
Customer focus with passion and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure both independently and within a team, in a fast-paced environment.
Understand cloud infrastructure technology (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc), as well as client side technology is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree or work experience in recruitment industry as a process manager or equivalent business process automation experience.
