B2B Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the business client sales department, implement sales plans, lead the team to achieve revenue targets, and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers
What you'll do:
Identify and approach potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners to promote our laboratory testing services.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with business clients
Develop and execute sales plans for corporate clients
Ensure team meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Lead, train, and motivate sales staff
Oversee proposals, quotations, and contract processes
Explore new opportunities and acquire new business clients
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new growth opportunities
Prepare regular sales reports including performance metrics and market insights, and provide constructive feedback to management

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Sales management, negotiation, leadership, communication, market analysis
5-7 years in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
Results-driven, client-oriented, proactive, reliable, professional
High-pressure; requires focus and adaptability
Experience working in a Korean company
Understanding of the healthcare industry
