#Mục tiêu vai trò: Đóng vai trò là kỹ sư triển khai chủ lực, chịu trách nhiệm triển khai, cấu hình và tích hợp các giải pháp Security & Digital Trust (PKI, Digital Signature, Encryption, MFA) vào hệ thống thực tế của khách hàng, đảm bảo hệ thống vận hành ổn định, bảo mật và đúng thiết kế. #Mô tả công việc: #Triển khai hệ thống (Implementation) Chuẩn bị môi trường: kiểm tra hạ tầng (Server, OS, Database, Network) Cài đặt & cấu hình giải pháp: PKI / CA / Digital Signing / MFA / Encryption Thiết lập chính sách bảo mật, quy trình nghiệp vụ Kết nối với thiết bị bảo mật (HSM, Key Management) #Triển khai trên nền tảng Cloud / Container (nếu có) Deploy hệ thống trên Kubernetes / OpenShift Cấu hình tài nguyên (YAML: Pod, Service, Ingress, ConfigMap, Secret) Thiết lập lưu trữ (Persistent Volume), network nội bộ Áp dụng các chính sách bảo mật cho container #Tích hợp hệ thống (Integration) Hỗ trợ tích hợp với: Web/App/API và IAM / SSO / AD / LDAP Hướng dẫn sử dụng API/SDK Kiểm tra luồng dữ liệu & bảo mật giao tiếp Phối hợp với team khách hàng (Dev / Infra / Security) #Kiểm thử & nghiệm thu (QA/UAT) Thực hiện kiểm thử kỹ thuật & kịch bản vận hành Hỗ trợ UAT với khách hàng Kiểm tra tính đúng đắn của: Chữ ký số; Chứng thư và Luồng xác thực #Vận hành & hỗ trợ Giám sát hệ thống, phân tích log, xử lý sự cố Hỗ trợ sau triển khai (L2/L3) Đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định & HA #Tài liệu & chuyển giao Xây dựng tài liệu triển khai (as-built, config) Hướng dẫn vận hành cho khách hàng Đào tạo kỹ thuật cơ bản

Work from business requirements and constraints set with domain experts; design prompts and AI-assisted workflows and translate needs into clear system and UX specifications. Rapid prototyping (UI/UX mockups, thin vertical slices, foundational implementations) using AI tools, no-code/low-code, and code where it accelerates outcome. Run hypothesis validation cycles on prototypes; deliver high-fidelity handovers (behaviour, data contracts, non-functional notes) to engineering teams. Decode legacy specifications and extend existing products using AI-assisted analysis and implementation where appropriate. Continuously evolve how the product team builds-tooling, templates, and practices-as models and platforms change.

Operate and evolve our Kubernetes platform across multiple clusters and environments (Prod, Dev, hybrid on-prem and public cloud), covering control plane operations, node lifecycle, upgrades, and autoscaling at every layer (Cluster Autoscaler, HPA, KEDA). Architect and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure spanning on-premises and public clouds (GCP, AWS), including workload placement, cross-cloud networking, and unified resource management. Own the CI/CD and GitOps experience end-to-end: container build pipelines, image optimization, and progressive delivery via ArgoCD / FluxCD. Own the observability stack as a single pane of glass across all clusters: Grafana, Mimir, Tempo, Loki, Pyroscope, OnCall, Prometheus -- and help push toward agent-assisted SRE workflows. Manage and improve our inference platform: vLLM serving and AIBrix for multi-model orchestration and autoscaling across a fleet of NVIDIA GPUs. Operate platform services: Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch. Manage identity and access via Keycloak integrated with Google Workspace; harden SSO, RBAC, and secrets management across the platform. Harden network security across private load balancers, firewalls, and VPC segmentation; design and maintain hub-and-spoke / multi-AZ topologies. Support training infrastructure: self-service VM provisioning, RunPod burst capacity, Weights and Biases integration. Drive infrastructure reliability, cost efficiency, and capacity planning as the platform scales.
