JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategy and Vision:
Create a strategic plan in line with business objectives and target audience
Establish brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework
Develop a long-term vision and plan for the brand
 
Identity and Guidelines:
Supervise the visual identity of the brand and establish a unified style guide
Ensure uniform brand application across marketing and communications
 
Integrated Marketing and Campaigns:
Direct the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Coordinate the creation of compelling content to represent the brand
 
Team Management and Collaboration:
Head and guide a high-performing brand marketing team
Collaborate with different departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment

JOB REQUIREMENT

4-7 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and management required (in-house and/ or agency settings).
Demonstrated success in leading brand development for consumer products and services
Exceptional strategic and creative thinking abilities to communicate complex concepts through brand narratives
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills for executive-level work
Proficiency in data analysis and use of metrics for brand and marketing decisions
Experience in building, leading, and motivating cross-functional teams
Excellent English proficiency
