JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and implement departmental strategy, roadmap, and OKRs
Responsible for managing P&L, financial planning, and cost optimization
Expand and improve a focused customer/domain portfolio
Oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex engineering programs
Ensure high delivery quality, risk management, and customer satisfaction
Maintain program governance and execution excellence
Establish and lead a high-performing team of program managers and engineers
Promote a culture of performance, capability building, and talent development
Develop scalable governance frameworks, processes, and policies
Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal quality systems
Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency
Foster long-term capabilities in ADAS/SDV and vehicle computing

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's or Master's degree in areas such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related fields.
More than 15 years of experience in fields like automotive, embedded, software engineering, or product development.
Demonstrated leadership in managing extensive engineering programs and teams (150-200 members).
Proven track record in overseeing business portfolios exceeding USD 10M.
Experience working in global, matrix organizations.
Previous involvement in areas such as ADAS, SDV, or vehicle computing.
Possession of certifications like PMP, PgMP, Agile.
Background in engineering services or Tier 1 automotive companies.
