JOB DESCRIPTION

Act as the main point of contact for system operations and business analysis in the Distribution/Transfer Agent Operations team.
Assist in the daily operations of the Distribution/Transfer Agent team from a system perspective.
Collaborate with other departments such as IT, Data Management, and Digital Distribution, as well as external vendors, to gather and solidify requirements from the perspective of Distribution/Transfer Agent Operations.
Develop and maintain a detailed backlog of epics, user stories, and test cases, complete with comprehensive acceptance criteria, to translate business requirements into actionable development specifications.
Define features and product enhancements that align with business objectives and address user challenges.
Provide support to the engineering team during the delivery process to address any ambiguity or complexity.
Create wireframes to illustrate high-level interactions, user journeys, and information architecture requirements for development teams.
Develop flow diagrams to comprehend process issues, identify bottlenecks, and assist other team members in understanding the subject matter.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Key Skills and Qualifications Needed:
Logical and systematic thinking
Proficiency in analyzing business processes and creating corresponding flow diagrams
Proficiency in developing functional requirements models such as use cases and wireframes
Project management skills within strict time constraints
Exceptional attention to detail
 
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the digital/software industry
Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills
Familiarity with agile development and sprint methodology
Proficiency in wire-frame prototype designing
Familiarity with the Stock/Asset Management/Banking/Finance industry is a bonus
Knowledge or experience in data governance is advantageous.
