Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex and form of desired results.
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc.
Re-engineer processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
Assesses, applies and projects the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness and acceptance tests.
Ensures changes made by programmers are correct.
Trains internal employees or external clients on changes, new systems or new procedures.
Considers business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
Logical thinking, critical thinking, attention to details
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine best solutions
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Fluent communication in English
Ability to work under pressure, experience in a start-up business is preferrable

Responsible for managing the Product Backlog to ensure transparency, visibility, and alignment with business priorities. Clearly articulate Product Backlog items, including acceptance criteria and relevant documentation. Prioritize features, bug fixes, and enhancements in the backlog to maximize product value.
