JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive and manage all project requirements from customers and prioritize them accordingly
Supervise and evaluate the work of the BA team to ensure that business documents align with customer requirements and are completed on time
Develop business models such as use cases, user stories, and data flow diagrams
Engage in detailed BA tasks including gathering and analyzing information, documenting requirements, modeling business processes, and providing training for developers
Take part in software acceptance procedures to verify compliance with customer requirements
Research competitor software products and market trends to propose improvement strategies
Uphold quality standards and ensure adherence to processes within the team

JOB REQUIREMENT

Completed a degree in IT or a related field from a recognized university
Possesses a minimum of 4 years of experience in a business analysis role or similar, with at least 1 year in a leadership position such as BA Lead or Product Owner
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the intricacies of the business analysis role and exhibits proficient skills in activities such as customer interviews, data collection, business process modeling, and requirement analysis
Exhibits strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using business analysis support tools such as UML, BPMN, and Jira
Possesses strong teamwork, relationship building, and independent work abilities, along with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations
Demonstrates team management and work progress oversight skills
Displays logical thinking and a positive attitude, alongside excellent creativity and communication capabilities
