Business Analyst (Service Now)

ABOUT CLIENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Gathering functional requirements from business users, and converting them into technical functions for the development team to implement.
Ensuring that enhancements add value to the business.
Testing developed system functionalities according to the requirements before releasing them for user acceptance testing.
Providing support for user acceptance testing.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their enhancement needs.
Overseeing stakeholders, managing risks, and controlling project timelines.
Modeling business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Assisting with day-to-day operations, including addressing end user inquiries and system maintenance.
Designing an effective inquiry/issue process, such as a Service Desk.
Coordinating major platform upgrades or necessary platform changes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in IT project delivery
Minimum 1 year of development experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst
IT, Business degree or equivalent
Analytical skills with an IT background
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as in teams
Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders of diverse levels and backgrounds
