JOB DESCRIPTION

Present and promote services/products to potential clients.

Monitor and update project progress consistently.

Participate in and arrange meetings with clients and the project team.

Translate proposals into finalized contracts.

Serve as a key coordinator of information between the project team and clients.

Maintain excellent customer service through regular client communication.

Cultivate positive, enduring relationships with existing and potential clients.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Fluent in English, Japanese, and Vietnamese languages with strong verbal communication skills.

2 years of experience in IT business development, account management, and client service roles.

Proficient knowledge and networking in Information Technology industry.

Demonstrated expertise in negotiating, persuading, and problem-solving with a proactive approach towards generating effective solutions.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused with the ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines.

Collaborative, open to sharing knowledge, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
