JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities with potential clients;
Present our company and product to potential clients;
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions;
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients;
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to contribute to short-term, medium-term, long term growth;
Build and optimize in-house best practices for business development;
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly results to line manager

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must have a background in education;
At least 2 years of experience, working at ed-tech platform (shub, manabie, hocmai, hoidap247,..) or e-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,..);
Open-mind, professional, positive, responsible and maintain a high level of integrity;
Good at communication and negotiation skills, networking skills;
Good at English is preferred.

Cultivating a "bad news early" culture to promote early risk detection and escalation. Continuously improving and updating the PMI playbook (standard procedures).
