Senior Business Development Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work in a Team and be responsible for Business Development and Sales including: converting, expanding and retaining clients. You will be selling Recruiting and Payroll services from Pegasi's portfolio products.
 
Responsibilities include:
Promote & build awareness of Pegasi’s capabilities to clients.
Own an individual sales target.
Identify and qualify clients.
Understand services to guide clients and develop proposals.
Close and negotiate contracts.
Work with clients to ensure satisfaction and expectations are being met.
Work with the Recruitment Consulting team to ensure satisfaction and expectations are being met from the Client's expectation.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A self-starter with the ability to work within a Customer Solution Team. The role is suitable for someone looking to work across the full scope of professional services 'Business to Business' Sales. You will have responsibility for ensuring timely and complete delivery of agreed targets.
 
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years experience in Sales.
Preferably experienced with Business to Business sales.
Preferably experienced in selling Professional Services.
Proven track record in sales and relationship building.
Bachelor's Degree from the University
Knowledge and Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills - Vietnamese.
Conversational English.
Proficiency in MS Office (or similar).
Extroverted and confident to deal with clients.
Personalities
Passion for Recruiting/Headhunting/Payroll services.
Result-oriented and money-oriented.
Hard-working and willing to learn.
Integrity and Straight-talk.
