JOB DESCRIPTION

Meet revenue and GP targets
Manage EU development
Identify and develop new channel accounts
Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations
Implement a successful pipeline management program by building and monitoring sales pipelines
Manage partner performance through monthly and quarterly reviews
Manage partner incentive programs
Analyze and forecast sales and business activities regularly

JOB REQUIREMENT

A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
At least 2 years of experience in the networking, security, or unified communication solutions industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-up.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and independent with a positive attitude.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
Takes responsibility and ownership of tasks.
Strong belief in the importance of follow-up.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
