JOB DESCRIPTION

Reach quarterly and annual revenue goals by creating leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and networking.
Identify and approach relevant decision-makers in digital, procurement, innovation, operations, and other fields.
Establish and maintain relationships with mobile app developers, gaming studios, agencies, and enterprise advertisers.
Develop regional contact lists and improve outreach strategies based on traction and feedback.
Work with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to plan and implement localized go-to-market strategies.
Keep an eye on industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to discover new growth opportunities. Share market insights and feedback with internal stakeholders, influencing product direction and business strategy.
Act as a representative for the company at industry events, conferences, and partner gatherings to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.
Assist in preparing pitch materials, meeting agendas, and follow-ups to increase meeting conversion rates.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must have at least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in SaaS, Martech, or AdTech
Should possess skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing enterprise-level deals
Familiarity with the Vietnamese mobile marketing ecosystem and digital advertising channels is necessary
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in Vietnamese and English
Strong business acumen with the capability to engage and influence decision-makers
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytical tools for pipeline and performance tracking is required
