JOB DESCRIPTION

Leadership

Create and execute strategic plans to facilitate company expansion and market penetration

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions
Project Management
Ensure effective management of project timelines, resources, and budgets

Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to senior management
Team Development
Mentor and guide team members to support their professional growth

JOB REQUIREMENT

Over 5 years of experience in leadership roles within fast-paced, innovative environments
Strong interest in Web3, blockchain, and DeFi advancements
Demonstrated success in driving significant business growth
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and achieve high-impact results
Strategic thinker with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Flourishes in challenging and dynamic settings
Skilled in leading and motivating teams and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
Proficient in professional English communication
