JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in managing the production process in Vietnam, including quality management, production planning, and sales support.
Organize and manage data for operational reports.
Develop reports with clear messages for management purposes.
Provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with local teams and HQ for smooth operations.
Address issues, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement proactively.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Completion of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
1-3 years of pertinent work experience in areas such as operations, production, or coordination is preferred
Proficient in Excel with the ability to:
Organize and structure data logically
Create report structures that align with business objectives
Present results to influence and persuade stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Collaborative and responsible nature
Proactive and positive attitude, strong sense of ownership and commitment to teamwork
Proficiency in working with English, particularly at a business level
