Business Operation Coordinator (Korean Expat)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the overall management of the production process in Vietnam, covering:
Quality management: Ensure outputs meet required standards and client expectations.
Production planning: Assist in scheduling and coordinating production activities.
Sales support: Coordinate with internal teams to align production with business needs.
Structure and manage data logically for operational reports.
Design reports with clear structure and messages tailored to management purposes.
Deliver persuasive and actionable insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with local teams and HQ to ensure smooth operations.
Proactively address issues, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a well-recognized university.
1-3 years of relevant work experience (operations, production, or coordination preferred).
Strong Excel skills, with the ability to:
Organize and structure data logically.
Create report structures aligned with business objectives.
Present results that can influence and persuade stakeholders.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven problem-solving skills
Collaborative, and responsible personality.
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to teamwork.
Can use English to work (business English level)
