Chief Technology Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and execute a strategy for building out and growing our new development team in Vietnam
Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent from the Vietnamese tech industry
Manage and mentor the development team, and ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives
Work closely with product and engineering teams in Singapore and other locations to ensure that the Vietnam team is aligned with the company's overall technology strategy
Represent the company to the Vietnamese tech community and government agencies.

JOB REQUIREMENT

~ 10+ years experience in the IT industry, with a focus on software development
~ 5+ years of experience in a management role
Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing teams
Deep understanding of the Vietnamese IT landscape and culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Vietnamese and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
