JOB DESCRIPTION

Resource and Technology Strategy Planning
Identify, evaluate, and provide the latest technology solutions to solve technical and business challenges.
Align the company's technology resources to improve software production processes.
Oversee the technical aspects of the organization, including systems architecture, software development, and network infrastructure.
Technology Infrastructure Oversight: Supervise the DevOps team in managing network systems, databases, servers, storage systems, and other supporting technologies. Ensure the stability, security, and alignment of the technology infrastructure with the company's requirements.
Safeguarding Company Assets: Guarantee the security of company assets, including information and data. Implement security protocols and measures across the organization's operations. Proactively monitor and address potential security threats.
Manage technology budgets and resources.
Stakeholder and Technology Research
Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, evaluate and select the most suitable solutions and services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation.
Management and Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop a talented engineering team with a culture of continuous learning.
Build a positive and dynamic working environment.
Product Operations Development: Lead the development and maintenance of products essential for the company's operations.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in a similar technology leadership role.
Experience in SaaS and e-commerce product development.
Extensive experience in software development, systems architecture, infrastructure management, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.
Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing technology teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
