Chief Technology Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a visionary and strategic CTO to lead our growing technology team.
You will provide technical leadership in all aspects of our business. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and motivator, we’d like to meet you.
As a CTO, you will:
Envision and shape our technology strategy. Lead the design and implementation of our proprietary technology stack and data architecture to build sustainable competitive advantage
Build growth-driven, motivated, and competent technical team. Attract and mentor team members into a source of strength for the business.
Work with the senior management team to foster a culture of customer centricity, agility and continuous innovation within the technology organization and across the company.
Ensure strong partnership between technical team with other departments and external vendors to provide optimal merchant and user experience
Lead the technical team’s collaboration with business counterparts to monetize proprietary technologies, customer base and consumer data.
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 10 years of senior management experience in a technology department, ideally during period of rapid growth
Thinking outside the box: must excel at finding new and better solutions and see how the company will evolve in the long run
Strong ability to lead the development and delivery of scalable consumer platform with open architecture and high degree of integration with multiple companies of various sizes
Moving decisively towards business goals: Results-driven by nature, a CTO is a flawless executor with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to build and develop management and working level teams
Possess ability to communicate the technology strategy to the engineering team, investors, and key stakeholders is important for this role
