Chief Technology Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our expanding team. This is a virtual work from position with preference given to South East Asian based candidates due to working hours but is open to all great candidates.
You are an experienced CTO who is able to come into an exciting fast growing startup company to work hard with us to make something truly special. You are someone who is not afraid of hard work and you aspire to work for a company that is working at the leading edge of emerging technology building amazing products.
You are to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, we’d like to meet you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create architecture of the backend and frontend (client and server)
Manage team of 6 programmers with help of team leads.
Code review
Time and quality management
Lead developers’ team of the VR+MMO+NFT project

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 10 years of experience in game development or 5 years of experience as Lead or manager or 2 years of experience as CTO.
Minimum 5 years of Unity 3d experience.
MMO project experience.
C#, C++, JS expert knowledges.
Foton experience.
Custom server solution experience.
Ability to estimate tasks and manage the risks.
Ability to manage the risks.
Leadership and organizational abilities
Strategic thinking
Problem-solving aptitude
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Excellent communication skills, English level B2 or higher.

Technical Team Lead (.NET, ReactJS)

Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable applications using .NET (C#) and JavaScript (ReactJS) Act as a hands-on technical contributor while leading and managing a small development team (3-4 members), ensuring effective task allocation, delivery, and technical guidance.
